William A. Subers - CEO

Bill is the founder of Grade Finders inc. (now in it's 40th year). He was responsible for establishing the very first brightness and opacity standards in the industry. As a result of his extensive experience in the paper industry, Bill has been utilized as an arbitrator in a multi-million dollar paper dispute, as a consultant in the introduction of a new product to the market place, and as the Guru who has answered thousands of paper questions from customers during his 40-year tenure. Bill is a graduate of the Wharton school of Business, University of Pennsylvania, and also a graduate of the University of St. Josephs. He is still very active in the formulation of policies and marketing for Grade Finders Inc.

Mark J. Subers - President

Mark J. Subers oversees all areas of management, business development (print and online), planning, marketing, and sales for Grade Finders, Inc. Grade Finders key titles include The Paper Buyers' Encyclopedia, Competitive Grade Finder - North American Edition, Competitive Grade Finder - European Edition, and Pocket Edition (print and Internet editions for all titles). Mark has been in the paper and print industry for the past 17 years, where he has facilitated the establishment of new industry paper standards, run educational classes, written articles for major industry publications, and performed several service engagements. He holds a BS in Business Management from the Pennsylvania State University.

Steve R. Hill - Vice President, European Affairs

Steve Hill heads up our European Division, working out of the U.K. With over 25 years experience in the European paper industry, Steve has created the Grade Finders European Paper Classification System, and collected and collated all the information for the first three printed editions of our European Competitive Grade Finder, and now works extensively on our Internet editions. A Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management, a member of the Paper Industry Technical Association of Great Britain, and a founding member of the British Association of Paper Historians, Steve quips that he cannot donate blood because his veins run with pulp: 25% TCF, 25% cotton, 50% recycled, all environmentally friendly!
